rescue-patrol-partyThe Rescue Patrol Party I recently styled in honor of my son’s 4th birthday is featured on Pottery Barn Kids! The party theme was based on my son’s interest in everyday heroes and rescue workers who make our world a better place. Rather than limiting the theme to one rescue hero, we decided to combine them to create “Mason’s Rescue Patrol” featuring fire fighters, policemen, paramedics and construction workers! One of the best parts of this party theme was that I was able to utilize toys that were already part of my son’s toy collection!

Rescue_Patrol_Party_5The Fire Station, Police Station, Police Car and Construction Crane from Pottery Barn Kids were the focal point for my son’s party. I then based the desserts and other decor elements around the toys. With a real antique fire truck, themed desserts, fun toys and the company of his friends and family, it’s safe to say that it was a day that my son won’t soon forget!
