If you are a parent of little ones, then odds are that you are pretty familiar with the book “Guess How Much I Love You”. This is one of the most adorable baby books and an even more adorable party theme! So you can imagine my excitement when I spotted this cute party styled by My Classic Party and Photographed by Stacy Garofalo Photography in my inbox just waiting to be shared with my readers.
I’ve read this book more times than I can count to my two sons and absolutely love the message it sends to little ones. I just love the classic feel of this storybook inspired party and especially love the use of the real book as party favors! There are so many ideas that can be easily incorporated into a child’s birthday party or even a gender neutral baby shower, such as the party game to “guess how many carrots are in a jar”.
Here are some of the party details as told by Julie of My Classic Party.
My client’s daughter loves bunnies so a “Guess How Much I Love You” party was a perfect theme. Guests were greeted by a wooden sign that read “Guess how much I love two” as they walked in. The decorations included pale colors with burlap and wooden accents. The kids table had mini rabbit crackers in berry boxes and veggie sticks in mini pots at each place setting, along with mini milk bottles labeled “Moon Juice” (love you to the moon and back…). The favors which were a copy of the guess how much I love you book, with mini carrot cookies tied to it with bakers twine. The favors were presented in a wooden planter box labeled, “Pick one”. In addition to the kids entertainment, there were “Guess how much I love to color” coloring books for the kids and “Guess how many carrots in the jar” activities. Adults sipped on bunny tail cocktails – cotton candy with champagne!
